Summer Smoothie
I’m usually not a big smoothie fan most of the year, but once summer hits, I long for a quick and cool start to my day. This smoothie is super easy and healthy, with some flax and spirulina. I buy frozen mango and peel and freeze bananas so the ingredients are ready to go in the blender. In just a few minutes, I’ve got breakfast! Perfect to sip on the go or at my desk as I begin my day!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups of almond milk
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 2 tablespoons of ground flax
- 3 ice cubes
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
